How does billing work?
The subscription is an AWS Marketplace private offer, so it shows up on your AWS invoice. AWS usage from running DRAKE OS in your account bills separately, the same way any AWS service does.
What AWS costs should I expect?
It depends on how many items you forecast and how often. We'll build an estimate with you during pilot scoping, and your AWS solutions architect can check it before you commit.
Is the pilot free?
No. Pilots are paid and fixed-price, which keeps both sides focused on a real result. The fee and the success criteria are in the order form.
Do I have to replace my current planning system?
No. DRAKE OS runs next to it and reads the same data. The question a pilot answers is simply whether the forecast is better.
Who owns the data and the models?
Your data stays yours and never leaves your AWS account. The forecasting models and software remain ours.
